Guest room rates are based on single or double occupancy while condominium rates are based on a maximum of two people per bedroom. For condominiums, rates do not include daily housekeeping service. Extra person charge is $15.00 per night. Children under 18 stay free in their parents' room using existing bedding. Currently a 9% state and local tax is applicable to the room rates. Such taxes are subject to change without notice.
