How much does registration cost?

Are meals included in the registration cost? Can my spouse, guest, or children come with me to the meals?
Friday full day or two half day workshop registration includes lunch. Saturday registration includes continental breakfast and lunch. Guests may attend meals with you for an additional fee.

Can I bring my children and are there any activities for them?  
There are no organized activities for children.

Does MAEOE offer Scholarships for the Conference?
MAEOE offeres a limited number of scholarships, the applications are due January 6. The link with information is on the MAEOE website Conference Page.

Your friends and family are welcome to attend the field trips as long as they are registered and pay the field trip fee.

What happens in the event of inclement weather?
There will be no refunds for inclement weather, unless the main roads to the conference center are deemed inaccessible by the state government.

I need to cancel my registration. Can I get a refund?
If you cancel by January 4, you will receive a full refund less a $25 fee; by January 15, you will receive a 50% refund. Sorry, no refunds after January 16.
