Rob Summers has been an educator in Baltimore City Public Schools for over 15 years. Currently an Assistant Principal at City Springs Elementary/ Middle School, Rob has a background teaching civics, maritime history, and environmental literacy and as well as developing curriculum in those areas. He is also an avid outdoor adventurer and sailor. He believes passionately that the key to environmental stewardship is robust outdoor and environmental education for all.

Rob has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Government from Georgetown University and a Master’s degree in Teaching from Johns Hopkins University. Rob has also served as President of the Georgetown University Alumni Association Club of Baltimore and Treasurer of the Woodberry Community Association in Baltimore.
