MAEOE provides a variety of sponsorship tiers designed to unlock diverse avenues for elevating your organization's eco-friendly image, enhancing environmental consciousness, and bolstering your community engagement endeavors.

Platinum Level

Investment: $5,000 or more

  • Full-page advertisement in the conference program.
  • Display of your organization's logo on the MAEOE website for one year.
  • Logo and acknowledgment featured at MAEOE events, including the Conference, Youth Summit, and other planned events.
  • Sponsorship of Conference Lunch and Keynote Speaker (Note: this sponsorship is not exclusive and does not apply to “in-kind” donations) or sponsorship of a Youth Summit Speaker.
  • Access to an exhibitor display area equivalent to two exhibit spaces and two registrations for the MAEOE Conference.
  • Social media tagging and promotion for MAEOE events.
Gold Level

Investment: $2,500 to $4,999

  • Half-page advertisement in the conference program.
  • Display of your organization's logo on the MAEOE website for one year.
  • Acknowledgment included in event program materials.
  • Standard Conference Exhibitor Table and accompanying registration.
  • Sponsorship opportunity for Exhibit Hall breaks or snacks at the Conference (Please note that this sponsorship is not exclusive and does not apply to "in-kind" donations).
  • Social media tagging and promotion for MAEOE events.
Silver Level

Investment: $1,500 to $2,499

  • Quarter-page Advertisement in the conference program.
  • Display of your organization's logo on the MAEOE website for nine months.
  • Provision of printed materials for conference attendees (materials to be supplied by your organization).
  • Opportunity to sponsor refreshments at the Conference (Please note that this sponsorship is not exclusive and does not apply to "in-kind" donations).
  • Standard Conference Exhibitor Table and accompanying registration.
  • Inclusion and acknowledgment in the Conference Program.
Bronze Level

Investment: $1000 to $1,499

  • Quarter-page Advertisement in the conference program.
  • Display of your organization's logo on the MAEOE website for nine months.
  • Provision of printed materials for conference attendees, supplied by your organization.
  • Standard Conference Exhibitor Table and registration.
Contributor Level

Investment: $500 to $999

  • Nine-month placement of your organization's logo on the MAEOE website.
  • Providing printed materials for conference attendees, supplied by your organization.
  • Inclusion with acknowledgment in the Conference Program.
  • Standard Conference Exhibitor Table and accompanying registration.
Donation

Investment: up to $499

  • We appreciate your support! Your logo and a link to your website will be displayed on the MAEOE website for nine months.
Silent Auction Donations

We welcome donations for our Silent Auction, with the proceeds dedicated to granting scholarships to first-time attendees of the MAEOE Conference. In certain years, we've been able to support as many as 20 scholarship applicants.
