With a background in strategic planning and communications, Stephanie Leach has been a trailblazer for pioneering new solutions that meet the evolving needs of Marylanders. In her current role as Manager of Strategic Programs at BGE, Stephanie is leading the charge by designing innovative programs and technologies that not only provide savings for electric vehicle drivers, but also address the growing climate crisis and demand for energy. As the past president of BGE’s EcoTeam, Stephanie is passionate about environmental education and sustainability. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, listening to live music, and playing with her three rescue animals.
