Exhibitor Information

The Maryland Association for Environmental and Outdoor Education (MAEOE) is the Maryland affiliate of the North American Association for Environmental Education. MAEOE is a professional, non-profit organization dedicated to creating a healthier environment for learning and the future. The MAEOE Conference is the largest state environmental education conference in the nation and the only conference of its kind in the State of Maryland, attracting 500 attendees each year. This is a perfect opportunity to showcase your products and services to key industry professionals. Exhibitors of environmental/outdoor education and/or environmentally-themed products and resources are invited and encouraged to participate.

We will be in-person conference at the Towson Sheraton in Towson, MD. February 8 - 11.

This year's theme is Healing Ourselves as We Heal the Earth. We have gone through challenging times over the last few years, and this theme can help us work on recovering and moving forward in a positive way for us and the Earth. Focusing on healing ourselves as we heal the Earth promotes a holistic approach to sustainability and well-being. Mindfulness and self-care are essential practices that can help our community develop a deeper connection with ourselves and the environment. By taking care of our mental, emotional, and physical health, we can become more aware of the impact our actions have on the Earth and make conscious choices to create a sustainable future.

We appreciate your support and will be promoting your organization prior to the conference with emails to attendees, on our website to prospective attendees, and on our social media channels.

  Please note that attending Friday workshops or any field experiences are not included and you will need to pay an extra cost. You may attend Saturday sessions and all speakers, these are included in the exhibitor rate for one exhibitor. Additional exhibitors or volunteers must register for the conference and for meals if not registered for each day.
  

• MAEOE Conference Advertising 2024

  Spread your message further by advertising in our conference program or by folder-stuffing materials.

  MAEOE will place your business or organization’s promotional materials in our conference folder ($90)
  

  This year we will be doing digital advertising at the conference, we will not be printing a program. Your advertisement will be visible throughout the conference venue using slides. They will be rotated using a timer for each level of advertisement. Locations include workshops and sessions as people get settled, at the registration/welcome station, at the beginning of the opening session, and before the keynote speaker.

Silent Auction Donations

Donate items and gift cards that can be used for our Silent Auction during the Conference. Proceeds provide scholarships to first-time attendees of the MAEOE Conference. Last year, we were able to support 20 scholarship applicants. (Form will be available soon.)
