Registration is Open for the 40th Annual MAEOE Conference!

Important Updates on our NEW Conference Registration System

Thank you for your patience as we roll out our new registration system this year. While the system is now live, we’re addressing a few ongoing glitches to improve your experience:

  1. Members Registering for Nonmembers: If you’re a member registering for non-members, you’ll receive an additional invoice for the pricing difference.
  2. Multi-Day Registrations: For those attending more than one day, registration details (e.g., name, dietary preferences, etc.) must currently be entered for each day individually. Autofill functionality is not yet available.
  3. Guest Meals: Meals for additional guests (e.g., booth support or non-attendee guests staying with you) can be purchased. We’re working to streamline this process so meals appear only for the selected day.
  4. Workshop Selection Order: If purchasing the full Thursday-Saturday package, you may notice Friday workshops appear before Thursday’s. We’re collaborating with the developer to correct this.

How to Prepare for the Conference

  1. Review the Fees
    Check out the fees for registration and any additional costs associated with the event.
  2. Browse SCHED for Workshop Details
    Learn more about the specific workshops and sessions being offered, including descriptions and presenters.
  3. Review the Schedule at a Glance
    Get a quick overview of the event's structure and key highlights.
  4. Explore the Daily Grids
    Dive into the detailed grids for Thursday, Friday, and Saturday to understand the schedule for each day.
  5. Register for the Conference
    Secure your spot today by completing your registration!

Registration Instructions

Read these instructions before proceeding.

  1. Click on the Registration button in the left toolbar. Give the page a few seconds to load.
  2. For MAEOE Members please follow these steps to register:
    1. Look for the "Login" link located to the far-right of the conference item description.
    2. You’ll be redirected to the MAEOE Members login.
    3. Scroll to the top of the page and enter your email address and password.
    4. If your membership is up-to-date, click the black button to return to the registration page.
    5. If you've forgotten your password, reset it.
    6. If you login issues persist, contact confernce@maeoe.org for assistance.
    7. Select the number of people you are registering for and complete the form for each person.

*** NOTE FOR MEMBERS: If you are registering non-members, you will receive an additional invoice for the difference in pricing. ***

    1. Scroll down and select the item you would like to purchase.
    2. Indicate the number of people you are registering for and complete the form for each person.

For the Best Conference Rates - Purchase a Membership

  1. Click Become a Member or select "Become a Member" in the Get Involved dropdown on the website’s homepage.
  2. Choose your desired membership type and complete the account setup.
  3. After finalizing your membership, you’ll be immediately eligible for member pricing for the conference.
  4. Follow the MAEOE Members steps listed above to receive discounted pricing.
